Rituals for Integration

How often do we breeze through our life events without a proper pause of acknowledgement?

Both stress and success can be processed ritualistically.

Tracy Knowles of Yinnovative Yoga & Synchronicity is opening the doorway for any and all curious comrades to share in the adventure of learning about how the influencing and changing energies of these times impact our lives. How can we flow with more ease and in symbiotic rhythm with our inevitable evolution?  Ekhart Tolle says, "Only if you resist what happens are you at the mercy of what happens, and the world will determine your happiness and unhappiness." And, "whatever you fight you strengthen, and what you resist, persists." In this experimental laboratory of human possibility and learning, may we learn from the influencing celestial energies and powerfully declare our intentions for the year while creating personal routines of self-nurture & empowerment, deep healing and a greater understanding of our mission here on this planet.
